I trained in the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork method, and I personally use the Elemental Rhythm app as part of my own nervous system practice. It offers guided breathwork tracks ranging from 3 minutes to 50 minutes, designed to support regulation, grounding, and capacity-building.
This is not a replacement for live facilitation.
It’s a support tool — something you can return to between sessions, after stressful days, or whenever you want to reinforce what you’re learning.

This recurring small-group cohort is designed for high-stress humans who want to better understand, regulate, and gradually strengthen their nervous systems.
Over four weeks, you will build nervous system awareness and practice structured breathwork techniques that support steadiness, clarity, and recovery.
Not to control yourself.
But to understand yourself.

How Each Session Works
Each 75-minute live session includes:
30 Minutes – Nervous System Education
Learn how your system responds to stress, activation, and recovery. Begin recognizing your patterns and building body awareness in a grounded, accessible way.
30 Minutes – Guided Breathwork Practice
Structured Power-Up or Power-Down breathing protocols, followed by meditation and integration.
15 Minutes – Optional Reflection & Discussion
Space for questions, insight, and integration if desired.
This is experiential skill-building — not passive learning.
