Founder Story (Stevie)
I spent years in survival mode – high stress, pushing through, reacting instead of choosing. Especially when running a busy restaurant, I did what so many of us do: push past exhaustion, ignore my body, and tell myself, “This is just life.”
Except… it wasn’t. That was an illusion. The reality was it was a nervous system stuck in overdrive.
Breathwork was the first tool I found that changed not just how I feel, but how I respond to life.
This is the work I share now. I want others to discover this innate power within—their Super Power—because breath is a gift. When we learn to use it to it’s full potential, we feel steady, clear, peaceful, safe in, and reconnected to our body. Regardless of external chaos.
With a psychology degree and a deep commitment to embodied healing, I now guide others out of survival mode and into a relationship with their breath and body that feels grounded, empowering, and sustainable.
I don’t fix people. I teach self-regulation. Through a regulated nervous system, calm, strength, and coherence emerges naturally.


Elemental Rhythm Breathwork
I trained in the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Method — a structured approach rooted in nervous system science, breath mechanics, emotional processing, and embodied awareness.
The elemental framework — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — continues to inform how I guide sessions, emphasizing rhythm, regulation, and capacity-building.
For those who want to practice independently between sessions, I share access to the Elemental Rhythm mobile app — a structured breathwork library I personally use to maintain consistency in my own nervous system training.
