International Women’s Breathwork Event @Pikwakanagan Reservation

A private event in honour of International Women’s Day, this guided breathwork experience offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and support nervous system well-being through conscious breathing and guided meditation.

Facilitated by Stephanie “Stevie” Miller of Hero’s Breath, this session is designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through grounding breath practices, somatic awareness, relaxation, and reflection.

Breathwork can support:

  • Stress reduction
  • Emotional regulation
  • Relaxation & grounding
  • Increased self-awareness
  • Reconnection to body and breath

This experience is trauma-aware, beginner-friendly, and invitational in nature. Participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace.
